Senior Structure Design Engineers

Responsibilities: 

1. Design prefabricated steel building system, structural steel design and analysis, preparation of costing and quotation, check layouts, drawings and Bill of Material.
2. Supervise and manage a team of engineers, designers, draftpersons and installation technicians.
3. Attend client meetings including periodic site visits to address site issues related to design.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience preferably in steel structures design.
• Conversant in the use of Structural design software RISA-3D, STAAD-Pro and AutoCAD.
• Well-versed in all local and international building codes and standards.
• Possess positive attitude & good interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
• Able to work in team and independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage stress and work for long hours in a demanding environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be willing to travel occasionally (abroad and domestic)
• Prospect for advancement to managerial position

Assistant Production Manager 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the factory operations/quality to meet all production requirements & customer deadlines.
2. Responsible for providing production schedules and releasing to production sections. Ensure that relevant raw materials and manpower are available for production run.
3. Assure products meet all specifications, ensure them compliance to process requirements and are made according to company procedures and standards.
4. Assure personnel have necessary knowledge, equipment and access to Materials and information necessary to perform their jobs. (eg. Conduct Training & etc)
5. Study, suggest & implement necessary workflow / method to improve productivity
6. Responsible for compliance to all Company policies and procedures & all regulations & 7S. This includes the application of procedures and policies to comply with all company requirements on an on-going basis

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Mechanical /Mfg/Production engineering or equivalent working experience for at least 3 years preferably in manufacturing sector.
• Possess leadership qualities, strong drive for achievement, organization abilities as well as effective management skill.
• Result oriented and cost conscious.

Material Planner

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible and accountable for material planning, scheduling and inventory control to ensure shipment commitments to customers are met.
2. Analyze and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and sales forecast to develop material plan to meet production plan & customers demand.
3. Performs detailed inventory analyses and control inventory to optimum level and control excess/obsolescence.
4. Liaise closely and to coordinate and communicate with Buyer, Production, Warehouse and Vendors to ensure materials availability to support production and shipment plans.
5. Manage and monitor production line Work-In-Process (WIP) materials.
6. Raise the PR for purchasing department to purchase the materials. .
7. Meet company objectives with regard to cost, quality and delivery
8. Prepare monthly report on inventory, blanket purchase orders and raw material consumption.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations Management or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in material and production planning, inventory control in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Analytical, energetic and effective in problem solving with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge in MRP systems and proficiency in MS office Excel preferred.

Project Site Manager

Responsibilities:

1. To liaise and follow up with client of projects undertaken by the company.
2. To prepare work program, schedule and plan for project's resources. manage the allocation efficiently.
3. To attend site meeting with client and organize internal meeting with subcontractor to resolve the technical issues.
4. To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.
5. Good leadership qualities and able to lead a team of workers to meet the task delegated.
6. Monitoring progress of work.
7. Take care of workers safety, site hygienic and cleanliness at all time.  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia .
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Responsible, strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills and able to work independently.
• Must able to travel between Malaysia and Overseas for supervise the structure installation.

Draftspersons

Responsibilities:

1. To prepare drawings required by the engineer.
2. To ensure all drawings are submitted before deadline.
3. To undertake document control of drawings including accurate filing, formating and revision of hard and soft copy drawing preparation and revisions.
4. To prepare accurate and well presented design drawings to meet specified project targets.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate in AutoCAD.
• Minimum 1 year AutoCAD drafting experience in any of these fields - Civil, Structural.
• Candidates without above academic qualifications but with relevant years of drafting experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis.
2. To organize, lead and motivate the store team to ensure operations effectiveness.
3. To maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with 3 years' related experience in handling warehouse operation.
• Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, good self-discipline and able to work under pressure.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must able to drive forklift.
